Large ensuite in bright Southfields house

We are looking for someone to join our bright and airy Southfields house as one of our housemates is moving out shortly.

Females preferred, LGBTQ friendly. You would be living with two female friends, one who is a pilates instructor and the other who is an actor.

The room is a large second floor double ensuite with Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. Furnished with a double bed, two shelving units, chest of drawers and desk. The ensuite bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and additional shelving unit. The room is being redecorated prior to move in date.

The house is split over two levels, with a big living room and kitchen and a lovely garden. Bills tend to be about £70pcm as Wandsworth is very cheap for council tax.

It's a really safe area and close to good transport links - 7 min walk to Southfields which is zone 3 on the District Line, 10 min bus ride to Clapham and 15 min walk to Earlsfield station. The house is a few minutes away from Southfields village with an M&S, Sainsburys, Boots and several nice local coffee shops and restaurants. It is also only a 15 minute walk to Southside shopping centre with Debenhams, cinema and lots of shops and restaurants.

The house is laid back and relaxed - we're not really a party house. We enjoy sharing a bottle of wine in front of the tv together but also respect each others need for space. The landlady lives a few streets away and she's very nice and helpful if we ever need anything.

We're looking for someone like-minded who is looking for a homely kind of house.
