Lovely large and airy en-suite double at the top of the house (we call it the penthouse)...

My finance and I are leaving our beloved room in Southfields as we are moving to Canada in early August.

The room will suit a couple (bills £70 per person) or single person (bills to be split accordingly-between 4 people, vs 5).

The house comprises a lovely large farm style kitchen leading onto a garden, perfect for Summer bbqs. Sitting room/TV room, separate area for the washing machine and guest loo. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Adjacent to the bedroom on the top floor is a storage room-where you can keep your suitcases, camping gear etc.

The house is in a lovely part of Southfields, near to shops, coffee shops, restaurants and Wimbledon Park.

The current housemates include an English guy who works in Publishing, a New Zealander (girl) who works for a catering consumables company. The third housemate is a Zimbabwean guy who is also leaving in August to move to Australia-so his room is up for grabs as well.
