2 bedrooms available for short term let

Hi

I have 2 bedrooms available for short term let. I have a friend moving in on the 26th July so both the rooms are only available to rent from monday 8th june -24th july for a period of 7 weeks. 1 room is a bit smaller than the other hence the difference in price.

The house is only a short 5 minutes walk from Southfields station, good transport links with Southfields and Earlsfield stations only a short walk away. Southside shopping mall just down the road and many restaurants, cinema and gyms in the area too, also spoilt for choice with many parks in the area. Wimbledon tennis only a 10 minute walk.

It has a huge living room area with TVS in the living room as well as the kitchen. Comes with Virgin media VIP bundle which includes all sports channels and movies as well as fibre optic broadband.

The kitchen comes with all the necessities such as 2 microwaves, oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc. has patio doors leading to a great garden which is perfect for summer/winter BBQS

The living room and kitchen are downstairs and all the bedrooms and bathroom/shower are all upstairs.

We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly to clean the whole house but in general as you will see in the pictures i generally keep the house as clean as possible, so looking for someone like minded.

I also have a little miniature Dachshund who is as good as gold and so lovable so you need to be a dog lover.
