Sunny Room In A First Floor Flat

Flat with a nice vibe

Hi All, looking for female only share hopefully, someone with a generally positive disposition would be great 😃.
I’m a freelance Fashion Lecturer/Designer living in a cosy first floor garden flat. It is bright, clean, airy and calm.
I generally love to keep fit (a pole fitness enthusiast) so try to eat healthy when I can!
Looking to share with a female.
Room is a double with shabby chic wallpaper and fitted wardrobes.
Bed is a couch/day bed which, doubles up to a super king but can look into purchasing a double should this be preferable.
There are four parks close by so great for cyclists and nature enthusiasts!
Although I love the odd chat & don’t mind sharing a bottle of wine at the end of the week I also, like my own space. I’m quite independent so would prefer to share with someone like minded as can often work long hours.
I’m close to Southgate Tube (Piccadilly Line) with two bus routes very close by.
All bills included.
Don’t mind smokers as long as it’s outside.
