We have a lovely 3 bed house just a 5 minute walk from Southgate station, which is on the Piccadilly line.
The house has a large open plan living and dining area, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a garage and large back garden.
The local area is great. Southgate has a bustling high street with plenty of shops and restaurants, there are numerous lovely parks (and a Parkrun!) within walking distance and some fab cafes and brunch spots in Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill close by.
Kate and I (current housemates) both work in London. Kate is a Doctor and I work in Fashion Buying.
We are both sociable and see the house as a home. We like to cook or sit and watch TV together in an evening, both go to the gym and like to go out for the odd drink or two!
