The flat is about 5 minutes walk from Palmers Green in Zone 4 - with easy connections to the Victoria Line, you are in central London within 35 minutes. Alternatively, Southgate tube station on the Piccadilly line is a 7-minute bus ride away.

There is an array of restaurants, bars and shopping within five minutes walk.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, 5-drawer chest and double wardrobe (basically tons of storage!), 32" TV and desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including, washing machine and dryer. You will have dedicated storage within the kitchen. Unlimited super-fast broadband is included.

I am are looking for a friendly lodger who is looking for at least a six month rental in a clean, well maintained Edwardian property. Please note I would prefer to rent to someone who is fully-vaccinated.
