Large, bright and quiet single room with own bathroom.

The room is in a beautiful, quiet apartment with recently refurbished, modern bathrooms and kitchen.

You have use of our kitchen, living room with Wi-Fi throughout the property. Shared communal garden.

2nd floor apartment. Lockable bedroom door. The own bathroom is opposite the bedroom.

Cleaner comes every two weeks. But would not go into your room if you don't prefer it.

4 min walk to Southgate Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) in North London, local shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Gyms, swimming pool and parks nearby.

Circa 30 mins by tube into Central London.

Near the North Circular (1 mile away) & M25 miles (Jct 24 is 4 miles away).

On street free parking at off-peak times only. There is a paid-for car park 2 minutes walk away.

We are a professional couple working in leadership coaching and IT. We are well traveled and like meeting people from different walks of life of all ages. We enjoy travelling, nice conversations, exploring international food, cultural activities, visiting friends and family across the world and anything around personal development. We speak English, German, Spanish and Turkish.

We totally respect individual privacy.
Absolutely non-smoking! No pets.

We usually require people to bring following documents on the day of the viewing.

- A utility bill or bank statement
