There are also many bus links to local areas such as Enfield Town, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green and Wood Green. 10min drive to Palmers Green Station with direct trains to Moorgate (Central London).
There is also locking facilities for a bicycle at the front of the house, should you wish to commute by bike. Happy to have video call to show you around
The area has a 24hr Asda, M&S Foodhall and Tesco Express within walking distance. In addition to this, there are many lovely restaurants, pubs and coffee shops in Southgate and in the surrounding areas. There is a gym and a leisure centre both located within 5 minutes of the house. There are also a good range of large scenic parks with tennis courts etc nearby.

We are looking for a person that is friendly & clean. Bills are included in the rent, Smart TV on the wall already.
Landlady lives in separate accommodation in the grounds so house is sharers only.
