Bills are subject to change higher or low depending on the service provider.
Tv license is separate but this is normally £157 yearly fee split 3 ways. One off fee of £52.33

Also there will be a credit and reference check done through the landlord agency.
The contract is for 12 months this includes a 6 month break clause.

About the flat -

The flat has 3 bedrooms in total on the upper floor and on the lower floor there is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinner. There is also a small storage cupboard under the stairs and a large bathroom. To the entrance there is also a small balcony area which I currently have flowers and some seating to enjoy the sunshine


Parking -
We do have parking on the street which is permit holders only.

It™‘s a spacious modern maisonette flat just off the main high street and 5mins walk to Southgate tube station - Piccadilly Line
37 mins to Oxford Circus

5 min walk to Asda and the high street has lots of food and restaurant options.

New tenant - Sara is a film graduate and currently working at a Post Production facility in central London. from Portugal but has lived in the UK for 8 years.

I currently live with 2 girls who will be moving out by the end of of August.
Sara will be moving in on 1st September.
