The studio consists of a bedroom, en-suite shower room, a separate kitchen and has it’s own entrance. The kitchen equipped with the new John Lewis washing machine/dryer, Hotpoint cooker, and a fridge. The bedroom got a new wood flooring throughout and a new furniture.
The studio is located in the converted garage and a side extension of the main house, behind thick masonry walls. Because it’s a part of the family house the tenancy is a lodger agreement.
No smoking. No parties.
