We are looking for someone to join our lovely home. We have 2 rooms available.

Our home has the following:
2 bathrooms/toilets
Kitchen with plenty of cupboard space
A large private back garden
Lounge and seperate dining area
Large garage, perfect for storage
A driveway
TV with all the usual packages (Netlfix, Amazon Prime, Disney +)
Super fast broadband

It's a great house and a really beautiful, green area in North London with plenty of parks and walks nearby if you're interested in nature and exploring.
A large park with a big lake and wooded area is just 4 mins walk from our house.
And Southgate tube station (Piccadilly line) and high street with all the shops you'll probably need is just a 5-7 min walk away. As well as a large Asda, M&S and a Tesco Express.

Both double rooms comes fully furnished and is front facing. We live in a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet neighbourhood so you won't get any traffic noise or anything like that.

The small double is £480
The large double is £600

This is honestly the best house and area I've lived in and I can't speak highly enough about it. We treat this house like a home. So really keen to meet someone similarly minded to come join us.
