I'm looking for a housemate to move in mid/end of January into a lovely, bright, fully-furnished double bedroom in Southgate. It's a 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with a spacious living room and large kitchen that’s fully stocked with air fryer, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine. There's some shared outdoor space that's South West facing which is lovely in the summer! There’s also an Asda superstore and some lovely coffee shops and bakeries right near by.

The apartment is only a 7 minute walk from Southgate Station which the Piccadilly Line services (15 mins to Finsbury Park, 25 mins to Kings Cross), and a 5 minute bus from Palmers Green station, which is serviced by overground rail to Moorgate via Old Street - so it's super well connected. The apartment also sits within a residential block that has an electronic gate so it's lovely and safe.

About me - I'm a publicist in the arts / culture space (WFH 2 days per week), lover of museums and galleries, reading and am a bit of a coffee snob.

It's important to me to have a comfortable and tidy home, and ideally want to live with someone I really get on with. I have a lovely group of friends, and value living with someone who can add to that!
