I am looking for a new female housemate to share a lovely 2 bedroom house in Southgate.
The house is great, it has a sitting room, a dining room and open plan kitchen which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. We also have a garden, which is great in the summer for BBQs and to sit in!
The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Southgate station and you have everything on your doorstep with a gym and M&S a couple of minutes walk away. Lots of coffee shops on the high street with an Asda nearby.
The rent is £475 pcm with a deposit of 1 1/2 x monthly rent. Contract initially 6m, with a view of it being extended. Bills are approx. £150 per month.
Looking for a new housemate who is clean and tidy. Happy to have a chat, watch TV and eat dinner together, but also respects each other’s space and privacy. If this sounds like you then please get in touch! Female tenants only please.
