I have a furnished double room in a ground floor flat available right now! It will come furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a cupboard for storage. The rent is £530 a month and includes ALL bills including Council Tax, We also have a very fast internet connection of around 350mb. The tenancy period actually starts from the 10th so anything earlier can be discussed.

There Is a large open plan kitchen/ living area and a shared bathroom. There are 3 people living here currently (myself included) who are all working professionals that work in the nearby areas. We try to be very clean people and sociable. We ask that any joining flatmate is also clean and friendly but of course privacy will be respected. Smokers are allowed but no smoking allowed inside the flat. We have a back door to smoke outside.

It is located in a fantastic area and there is a local shop across the road as well as a great local pub. The Southgate station is a 10 minute walk away (which is the Piccadilly line and has night service). You can get to central London within 30 minutes from the station. There is a bus stop right outside the door and you can get to Palmers green national rail station within 20 minutes walk (or 5 minute bus ride).
