Lovely central room in Southwark

Hi!
We are subletting a room in our flatshare from 15th August, the room is available until end of
September, but you could also move out a little earlier and we would adapt the rent accordingly. The room is fully furnished, including a built-in wardrobe.
Toilet and bathroom are separate. The flat is fully equipped with washing machine, all sorts of kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, etc.
The flat is located very centrally in a nice area in Southwark, just 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Thames and Tate Modern. From our place you can easily reach most places in central London (we all walk to our work places). The closest stations are Southwark (5 minutes) and Waterloo (8 minutes). There are many small supermarkets and nice cafes/restaurants in the neighbourhood.
About my flatmates: They are two lovely women (professional and student) from Germany. On the weekends they like to exercise (gym, tennis), explore the city, go to museums or the theatre, or escape London to go for a walk in the countryside.
Who we are looking for: A friendly, open and tidy person who takes his/her share of responsibility for the apartment (i. e. cleans up after her-/himself and takes down the garbage every once in a while ;-) ).
