This is a house-share in a well-maintained three-bedroom Victorian terrace with two housemates in Zone 2, close to Camberwell, Brixton and Oval.
The advertised bedroom contains a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chairs, but these can be removed if necessary. It looks out onto the garden, which is private, charming and slightly overgrown!
The hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room, garden and cellar are all shared between the three of us.
All bills are included (including gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, tv licence, cleaner once every two weeks).
We're 5 minutes walk from lots of buses (into Victoria, the City, West End), 10 mins from Loughborough Junction Station, and 15 mins from Oval tube.
Current housemates are Jez (36, who owns the place, and works as an economist at the Bank of England) and Dan (23, who works as a Pastoral Assistant at the local Anglican Church - St John the Divine Kennington).
We’re relaxed, independent, liberal, tidy, and enjoy frequent drinks and occasional meals together. LGBT-friendly. We’d love to find a housemate who’d like to fit in with that vibe.
