Looking for a flatmate for a spare room to allow me to contract work and travel for the next couple of years (current climate depending).
Central location behind Tate Modern, zone 1 close to public transport (Southwark, Borough, Waterloo and London Bridge) and walking distance to the city.

Shared bathroom and kitchen.

Room available with balcony.

Furnished; living room / balcony, bedroom available but happy to offer unfurnished or somewhere in between if so desire.
Space for a desk or additional rails for clothing. Storage space also under the bed with easy lift up mechanism.

Garage nearby for additional storage.

I travel, work long hours and work away a few days most weeks.

New build in 2006, 2nd floor, floor and ceiling heating, intercom entrance and cycle parking in rear courtyard.

Im friendly, tidy and easy going. I like to live in a clean environment. I will not always be around but when I am I will always have a chat, coffee, go for the odd beer type thing. I also like some down time and respect other people space at the same time. Basically, happy to go with the flow!

Looking for similar easy going, non smoker and compatible. I may spend a month or two away at certain points so you will have the place to yourself!

I'm open to furniture and changing things to accommodate. If you have a desk, feel free to use the living room so the bedroom is a bedroom and you don't have to feel cooped up. With my working schedule it is easy for us both to have space as well. Would want this to be a home for someone, comfortable and free to make the most of all the rooms if so desire.
