Hi everyone, my name is Evtim and I am looking for a flatmate for this gem of a flat that I live in.

The location can't be beaten - 5 mins from Tate Modern and the Thames, 5 mins from Southward station, 10 mins from Waterloo. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 mins. Borough Market and Covent Garden are both a 20-min walk away.

You would be getting the larger of the two bedrooms, with a private bathroom and a bathtub. The flat is very modern and in excellent condition. Wooden floors throughout and double glazed windows. Plus a really cool terrace with a beautiful view towards the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything including dishwasher. The living room has a large 52 inch TV, sofa etc.

Flexible on term length, with 1 month notice if you opt to move out.

Bills amount to c. £150 pcm per person.
