Room to rent in quiet, recently renovated flat

Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate. I've lived in the flat for 3/4 years, and now looking for someone who is respectful of space and property; clean, quiet and tidy; leads their own life but is happy to enjoy the flat as a home, share food and a drink together.

The flat is a 10/15min walk from Oval/Kennington tubes, with good bus links a short walk from the front door. Cycling from the flat's the best way to get around, and it takes 15/20mins to the City and Westminster. Peckham and Brixton only a short ride away too, with Camberwell, Walworth & Kennington accessible on foot.

The room for rent is light, and a good size: comfy double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is room for a desk for those working from home, and the living room also provides another workspace.

The flat was relatively recently renovated and benefits from loads of natural light. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer combo, Kenwood etc. Food's important to me, and I'd hope it would be to any new flatmate. You'd be more than welcome to use all kitchen-y things and I'd prefer if the new flatmate felt comfortable sharing food/cupboard essentials, and contributing towards the flat being more homely in that way. The living room is spacious, with houseplants, TV, speakers for Do!! You!!! in the morning, dining table and sofa-bed. There's also a balcony that faces the sunset looking out over trees, so there's loads of afternoon light as the days grow longer. There's a shared bathroom, with nice hot shower (rainfall-y showerhead)/bath combo.

The flat's lucky to be located a short walk from Kennington & Burgess Park, but Myatt's Field is the pick of the bunch. There's a Co-Op a short walk away, and farmer's market at Oval on Saturdays.

Period of stay would be initially 3-4 months (dependent on start date) with potential for extension, but please advise what you might be looking for when/if you get in contact.

Bills come in at approx £115 a month; including fast and reliable fibre optic broadband, Netflix etc. as well as the essentials.

As a brief intro to me, I'm a 29 year old, working in environmental policy (working from home at the moment). My girlfriend also is based from the flat, but is away most weeks and returns some weekends to stay.
