Waterloo and London Bridge are a short walk away. The gym next door is only £23/month (Fitness4Less) and we are right next to a Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local, a pub and a Costa - what more do you need?!
The rest of the house has a large living room with TV, a shared bathroom, kitchen and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The place came fully furnished and decorated - photos are from original ad.
We have lived here for a few months now and are absolutely loving it but one of our housemates have decided to move in with her boyfriend, after living here for 15 months. We are both young professionals, working in finance in the city. We are looking for a fun and chilled out housemate who is up for soacialising with us and also happy doing their own thing!

Rent is £967/month excl. bills which roughly come to roughly £150 a month including a weekly cleaner.
