Beautiful furnished room in victorian conversion

Hi,

I have a room becoming available in the flat I live in. It is located in a nice victorian school house conversion (move in date around ~20.01.2023 potentially sooner). The School House is located 15-20 min walk away from Borough, Elephant and Castle and London Bridge Station. It is in a nice area with lots of shops and nice coffee places, bars and pubs. The building has a caretaker who looks after the property, it's surrounding gardens and will handle all your parcels whilst you'r out or at work.

The flat is a two bedroom flat with a nice bathroom, kitchen with all enmities (incl. dishwasher) and living room which connects to a quiet patio. The conversion has very high ceilings, big windows and exposed brick wall which give it a very nice open and urban industrial feel. The flat also comes with a gated parking space which is currently not in use, so if you have a car this would be a bonus for you (no extra charge). The room becoming available will receive new carpet flooring in the next few weeks and comes partly furnished (big wardrobe and optional bed).

I have lived here for the past eight years and am looking for a kind and easy going flatmate who will feel here as much at home as I do. I generally love people and socialising, however I don't party at home and generally don't drink. If you like to have a meal and enjoy a good conversation we definitely get along very well.

I also love animals and plants and both live here too. Both the cat Hopsin and the plants are very laid back and friendly ;)

I am active, love the outdoors being in nature and traveling. I also sometimes stay at my partners flat, so if you also love cats and plants and enjoy looking after them whilst having the place to yourself then this would be a great fit :)
Hopsin also loves the outdoors where he spends most of his time and is what is commonly referred to as an "outdoor cat". He doesn't have a cat toilet and with two meals a day is very low maintenance.

I do enjoy the space to be tidy and clean and am sure so do you ;)

Professionally I do work as a product manager in a tech company.
