Large Double room with ensuite in Liverpool St

Hi Future Flatmate,

I live in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in the heart of the City (Liverpool St). My flatmate is moving out now and I'm looking to find another flatmate who would like to take her place in the flat. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers which will be brought in once my flatmate moves out. There is a bath tube large bathroom. Plenty of space to be honest! The flat comes with a large hallway, large living room (no TV sadly) and a small kitchen. I am working full time so it will be working well for a WFH professional. I'm very clean and I would expect the same, I am respectful of privacy and keep to myself. I'm very reliable, easy going, friendly etc. I prefer to be discreet and keep to myself.

The rent is £1550 (council tax, electricity, broadband) including a monthly cleaner. I make sure everything is paid month. I've signed up a contract for 2 yrs so it's guaranteed to stay this cost unless bills go up.
