Double Room in Sociable Spitalfields Flat

Hi everyone! We’re looking for a lovely young professional to move into our flat starting from 23 August.

Location: Zone 1 - between Aldgate East station and Liverpool street station, right next to Spitalfields Market. Walking distance to shoreditch high street and Brick Lane.

Price: £1000 pm (including bills)

Room: The room is on the smaller side, given the location and price. However, it comes with a double-sized bed (with storage space underneath), a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table, and a small desk.

Building: The flat is at the end of the 4th floor of a gated residential block. Bonus feature is that there are lots of fantastic coffee shops within a five-minute walking distance!

Flatmates: you'll be living with 3 other really friendly, international, young working professionals, between the ages of 27-29 (2 gals and 1 guy from Italy, US, China). We all work a 9-5 corporate job and are close friends, often eating dinner together or going to the park on the weekend. We also have a cleaning lady who comes in every other week.
