We are two UCL students looking for a third flatmate who would help to make this place even more homely (or a couple!).
Our block has a private gate to Primrose Hill (!) and Regent's park is ~300 meters away. The location is unbelievably good, but it's offset by the physical state of the flat, which is not the best - depends on what your priorities are.
There is also a huge living room and a spacious terrace.
We like hanging out in the living room in the evening, talking or just doing our own thing. We plan on having weekly dinners with friends at our place.
