This is a spacious 1 bedroom flat on the third floor of an apartment complex in St John's Wood. We have a large double bedroom with a wardrobe. The private balcony overlooks the shared garden; the living room lets in plenty of sunlight. The area is very safe with private security often present at the ends of the street on weekends.

The apartment is furnished with a washing machine, dining table, sofa, wardrobe, cabinets, and a double bed.

Regent's park is only a 5 minute walk away as is Primrose Hill. The high street offers plenty of restaurants, coffee shops (pret, starbucks, independent), brunch cafes, and local amenities (e. g. Tesco). The local gym is a 10 minute walk and is very reasonably priced with squash courts, swimming pool, and weights room.

This area is great for anyone working in the area at Wellington Hospital, Swiss Cottage, Hampstead, Baker street, St Mary's Hospital (Paddington), Waterloo, London Bridge or any other area.

The jubilee line is only a 7-8 minute walk away at St John's Wood station making commute convenient.

Westminster council tax is very cheap (~£70/month).
