THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Beautiful flat in St Johns Wood residential, area a few minutes away from Regent's Park and Primrose Hill. Conveniently located next to grocery shops, bars, banks, jubilee, tube station (open all night during weekends) and bus stops. 20 minutes from the city center, 20 from Camden Town.

THE FLAT
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building, with lift. The flat is on 2 floors and consist of: huge living room with 3 sofas, 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 en-suite with private bathroom), 2 bathrooms and lovely terrace we just refurbished. We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

THE ROOM
The is a top floor room. It is very bright as it gets sunlight pretty much all day. It overlooks the private terrace which is nice and quiet. It is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. You will be sharing the bathroom only with the other guy.

THE FLATMATES
A brazilian girl who studies at the London Business School and who speaks italian too, She is 30 years old.
A guy from Gibraltar who studies at the Royal Academy of Music. He is 25 years old.
The house is large enough for you to have your own space but company if you also needed it.

THE RENT
The rent is 840 £ per month, bills exluded.
