Charming room with double bed in a stylish, period, purpose-built flat on the famous Abbey Road in St John's Wood-A fantastic location! A 5-7 min walk to St John's Wood Station, on the Jubilee line straight to The City, Mayfair ,Oxford St (or with connections etc. in 1/2 hour)!! Also frequent buses from Abbey Road and Finchley Road to the West End, Waterloo, LondonBridge, the City etc and bus stop across the street from our front door and on Finchley road! Also a short walk to St John's Wood high street for Tesco Express,, Barclays bank(the only one left!!), Boots, a new local post office Panzer's Deli, upmarket boutiques and loads of cafes and restaurants-one of London's best high streets!!
A Pizza Express and local shops are just across the street.
The room has fitted wardrobes with an integrated hand basin, large window, TV/DVD, Wi-Fi and small fridge for drinks, fruit and snacks. This room is a perfect retreat after a long day. Separate (exclusive) loo and additional hand basin; shared bath/shower (with me only, the landlady). Includes all bills, cleaning, linens and laundry. I am looking for a clean, tidy, quiet professional MALE who wants/needs a comfy space to come home to whilst away from home and family. I'm a friendly person, but no socializing is required! You can speak to me or my latest lovely lodger, who, sadly, has had to leave me for a fab new job in Norway!
