Two double rooms near Edgware Road station in Zone 1.
This large and airy 3 bedroom flat already has one flatmate who is staying, as we transition to finding 2 new flatmates. The contracts are usually 1 year, with a 6 month break clause. The remaining flatmate has been staying in this flat for 2 years now and has a good relationship with the landlord.

The room sizes are different:
-Room 1: smaller room at £750.00 per month, available from October 8th
-Room 2: larger room at £795,00 per month, available from September 8th

The house has one shared bathroom with a separate toilet, and we never had a problem with queues there. We also have a bicycle room inside the house, so your bike will be safe. The living room and the kitchen are pretty big, fully furnished, and welcome to additions.

Internet is excellent with 1MB upload and 7MB download, suitable for working from home.

We have 4 tube lines (7 min walk), Church Street Market with fresh produce everyday, and we are 5 minutes walking distance from Little Venice, 10 minutes from Regents Park, and have all the shops you will need right next to us.
