Hi, we are Liz and Richard looking to rent out a top floor room of our detached Victorian period house. The house is beautiful and built in 1866, the top floor has has a spare room.. There is a separate shower room with sink and toilet. The main bedroom has great views of The City and Canary Wharf.
St. Johns train station in 4 mins walk away which is 8 mins to London Bridge or 13 to Cannon Street. Elverson road DLR is also 4mins walk away and is 15mins to Canary Wharf and 25mins to Bank. There are direct busses to the Westend and Shoreditch also.
Greenwich park is 20mins walk away (or use the DLR to Greenwich/Cutty Sark) and we have numerous supermarkets and delis near by including Brockley market every week. There are a few great restaurants in St Johns and Brockley area however both Greenwich and The City have dozens via a quick train or bus.
