We are a couple of young professionals looking for a friendly flatmate to take over the other double room in our clean, 2-bed flat starting October 15th. Our lovely flatmate is leaving, and we are looking to sublet the room. I (M) work in fintech, she instead is a fashion designer.

The flat is ideally located in a peaceful crescent that's just minutes away from King's Cross station, and a short walk to Mornington Crescent station, Camden Town, Regent's Park and Primrose Hill. It features two double bedrooms, a very spacious and bright living space, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet. This is a ground floor apartment with secured windows and direct access to a garden that's shared among 3 flats including ours - but that is very often free to use.
The rent (£750) includes all utility bills, Internet and the council tax. There is a one month security deposit that we've already deposited to the agency of £577 per person.
