Due to Covid we have separate hooks for hand towels and cutlery etc and have hand gel at the entrance door. We clean weekly and keep on top of all surfaces making sure shared areas are disinfected regularly.

We also have off street gated bike storage and CCTV secure FREE private parking, and access to communal gardens.

Camden Town is super close to some beautiful parks. It is also close enough to walk into central and is located right on Regents Canal. There are lots of shops, markets, restaurants, Theatre, music venues, comedy clubs, clubs, bars, pubs.

The flat will be shared with myself (Abi) partner (Joel) and one other flatmate once the room is occupied.

Abi and Joel work within the arts.

We are a laid back household but like to keep things tidy and clean and we are respectful in the evenings and quiet at night.

We are all socially active. Interests include music, galleries, film, cycling, swimming, travel, literature, food.

We don’t as a rule have guests stay over night. Just to ensure the space is comfortable for all flatmates.

We are ideally looking for someone who works out of the house most days during the week/full-time hours, obviously with Covid this may depend on restrictions.

Bills £60 a month (£650 incl all bills, utilities and internet)
