We are looking for a new flatmate for our charming flat in King's Cross/St. Pancras, behind the British Library and Francis Crick Institute. Two minute walk from King's Cross / St Pancras International and Eurostar. Five minute walk to Mornington Crescent. Ten minute walk to Euston, Bloomsbury and Camden Town. With fantastic transport links.

You’ll be living with two other professional women in their thirties. Move in date is on the 14th of September or slightly earlier.

The available double room is unfurnished, (bed & select furniture sold separately - to be agreed with current tenant.) It is a bright room, with lots of natural light. Communal areas include: kitchen, bathroom/shower, toilet and terrace. Please note there is no living room. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The price for the double room is £615 per month + bills. Deposit is one month's rent.
Tenancy duration is six months with a possibility to renew after that.
Final candidate would have to provide landlord and work references.

Would suit a female professional in their thirties. Personality wise, we are looking for someone considerate, clean and quiet who would keep the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the flat. Although we are all sociable, we keep our social life outside our home so the flat is a place to live and rest and not a party space. We are looking for someone that will  take care of the house like it’s their own home.
