Hey,

We are a couple who is currently looking for a flatmate / couple to move in with us into our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in St Paul’s / Blackfriars / Mansion House / Canon Street / Bank / Monument.
Moving date: 23nd of Jan, but we are flexible.

Your bedroom is a large en-suite double room with a massive window to let a lot of light in. It is very spacious with lots of storage (large wardrobe with mirrors, cupboard, shelves and a large storage area).

The flat comes fully furnished and has a nice modern kitchen with integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), a large living room (a large sofa to relax on, a big TV with speakers and a dining table) and a balcony that overlooks a peaceful tropical style atrium.
The flat is secure and very quiet, you won’t hear the traffic. There is also a concierge service, which is handy for ordering goods online.

The location is fantastic, we are very central and walkable to many places (Leicester square 30 min walk). We are also close to lots of tubes, you basically can access any part of London very quickly –5 minute walk to Mansion House & Canon Street (district and circle line) – 10 minutes to Monument (Northern), St Pauls (Central), Bank (Waterloo and DLR) & Blackfriars (National Rail).

The flat is also right by the river side, which is super cool as you can take long walks along the river.

We are very close to lots or bars, restaurants, cafes and local markets (Borough market & Leadenhall are 15minutes away). There are also lots of gyms and supermarkets in the area and a big shopping mall (One New Change) right next to St Paul’s Cathedral. And with the Tate Modern (8mins), the Museum of London, the Barbican (15mins) and the BFI Southwark and Art Centre (20mins) you won’t be short of activities.

The rent is £1,300, which includes all bills except council tax (circa £40 per month).

We are looking for someone / a couple who is relaxed and easy going, who is not just looking for a room to crash but for a flat to call home and who is clean & tidy.
We are a French and Kiwi couple (early 30’s) who have recently moved back to London after spending a couple of years abroad. We are into travelling, exploring London, hanging out with friends and the odd drink after work.
