A large cosy double room with en suite You will share the spacious 2 beds apartment with another young male, in 20s, who is adaptable, agreeable, ambitious, amiable and attentive, as well as clean and tidy.

The room is available from end of May. The apartment is peaceful, modern, spacious and quiet, despite being in the heart of the City,

The building is a dramatic riverside development designed by a well known British architect, built around a tropical style atrium, is a small oasis in the middle of the bustling financial district. The apartment overlooks the atrium, while the building enjoys the ever-evolving view of the River Thames. The historical sites of St Paul’s Cathedral, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and Tate Modern Art Gallery, are just a few minutes walk away.

The monthly rent is 1800 pounds, most of the billings inclusive (except electric and gas bills, term and conditions to be discussed and agreed), however, it can be flexible on rent with the the most suitable candidate.
