I have been living in this flat for over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Sadly I have to leave the country and this great setup. The flat is quite large for how close to central it is with gated access and plenty of privacy.
The flat has a large living and dining space with extra comfy couch we have all spent many movie, wine and pizza nights on! There is plenty of natural lighting and a as the flat is already lived in it is fully furnished. The bedroom is also quite large with a wardrobe and 2 sets of draws.
Both manor house (5mins on bus) and seven sisters (10min walk) underground are very close and easy to get to and stamford hill overground is just a 2 minute walk away. The flat has a sainsbury's a short walk away.
The current tenants are very friendly... kinda funny I guess... and want someone who will fill the dark emptiness my departure will create in their lives.
