Double room for rent in Stamford Hill area

Hello potential new housemate,

One of our housemates is leaving the property, and the two of us will be in need of someone to join us! The room is available ASAP.

We are one Spanish male and I’m a Dutch female. Quique works in hospitality, whilst I’m working as a nanny whilst I’m studying my masters in Psychosocial studies. Quique works a lot and usually isn’t at home much. I’m around a bit more but usually studying.

We have a lovely garden, big kitchen that leads to the garden with double doors, shared living room, one toilet downstairs and your room downstairs. It’s a double room and the whole house has lovely wooden floors. Upstairs there are mine and Quique’s rooms, the bathroom and a little clothing room for Quique since he has the smallest room. We share the rent evenly 3 ways and the bills usually come to about 80-100, although in winter it can be a bit more.

The room is the one downstairs and is quite roomy. You can fit a double bed, wardrobes and a desk. The pictures aren’t the best, I promise it’s better in real life! The house has wooden flooring throughout which makes the room have really good potential!
