You will have large furnished bedroom/living space, 4.5m x 4.5m - double ottoman storage bed and open IKEA Wardrobe giving plenty of storage. Remaining space in room divides into small 'living room' area and other 'work area' - with work desk.. Mirrored window film gives added privacy.

Looking for quiet, clean & tidy flatmate, good if we get on socially but also plenty of space to respect each others privacy.

Shared galley kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and good sized bathroom (bath/shower), hallway area.

I use bedroom at opposite end of flat and separate small study/living room space.

Flat was renovated to good standard in 2015 and has been kept in great condition. Although is shared bathroom and kitchen, much better and cheaper than the studio type flats I have seen.

Can get residents parking permit for vehicle if required about £35 for six months.

I am a very young 51! Run my own small business in the local area. Occasional days working from home others out working all day.

I'm into music and sport - coach children's football, enjoy exercise, films and Picturehouse Central Cinema!

Quiet area, well connected - 2min walk from Stamford Hill rail station, 10min walk to Seven sisters tube (Victorial Line) or 10 bus to Manor House (Piccadilly), or Stoke Newington Church Street, 20min bus to Dalston!
