All the bills are included in the rent, there is fast broadband too (also included in the monthly rent). Brand new washing machines (x 2) and a tumble dryer are also provided.

Stamford Hill station is 1 minute walk from the house and is just 12 minutes away from Liverpool Street on the train, there are also local buses available just round the corner from the house going to Kings Cross, Euston and Central London.

Seven Sisters tube station (on a Victorian line), is just a 20 minutes away. This is a lovely period property that has just been renovated to the highest standards in a very tranquil location that is still only minutes away from the good transport links.

There are plenty of shops around, big Sainsbury's and Asda to name a few, Costa coffee shop also just round the corner. And - for lovers of great night clubs and good music venues, Dalston, Hackney and Haggerston are a very short walk away from the house as well.

Looking for easy-going professional/working tenant, 1 month rent and 1 month deposit required; minimum stay 6 months ,thereafter 1 month notice is needed. References a must - from current landlord and the employer.

Rent is £750 pcm inclusive of all bills.
