We are Jim and Ellie, we are a couple of musicians and we are looking for a new flatmate.
We have a double bedroom in really lovely newly renovated flat in Stamford Hill, it's by far the best flat I've rented in London.
The room itself is south facing and gets all the sun, and also faces the garden. It's a really decent sized room.
We have a massive garden which is great for BBQs.
The flat is a 12 minute walk into Stokey, where there are tonnes of great cafes and pubs.
We also have both Springfield Park and Clissold Park in pretty close proximity, as well as Woodberry Wetlands.
It's also only a 5-10 minute bus ride to Seven Sisters station on the Victoria line, and a 2 min walk to Stamford Hill overground, which takes you to Liverpool Street, so it's easy to get around,
Both our next door neighbours and the flat above us are artist/creative types, and we have a chilled but very friendly relationship with them.
Rent is £750 per month, and all bills come to around £70 a month.
