Room to Rent in Stamford Hill, £525 + bills

Hey,

- We are 3 professionals looking for a new flatmate, student or professional, to move anytime between 6th-20th September. LGBTQ+ welcome.
- Rent will be £525pm and bills are roughly £50pm, including council tax, WiFi, gas and electric.

The flat:
- Ground floor, with a large kitchen, two bathrooms (one shower, one bath) and a big private garden (with frequent visitors from various cats).
- Plenty of space to store bikes in the back garden if you have one.
The agency are very on it when we need them to be, but mostly very relaxed.

The room:
- Medium sized double bedroom, at the rear of the house
- Unfurnished
- Perfect for one person, with enough room for a double bed, wardrobe, cupboards etc.
- The previous tenant has taken excellent care of the room.

The location:
- The building is just off the main road in Stamford hill, within very close range of Seven Sisters tube station & overground, and both Stamford Hill and South Tottenham overground stations (all within 10min walk). We also have 3 buses going directly south toward Dalston and the City Centre.
- We have a large Sainsburys, Tesco and Asda all within close walking distance, and the larger Tottenham shops are all just a short bus ride from our front door.

Us:
- We are 1 x cafe worker, 1x SOAS graduate and 1 x Goldsmiths undergrad & cinema worker.
- Pets are very welcome.
- Smokers welcome
