I have a double room available in a lovely, spacious 2 bed flat located in Stamford Hill very close to Stoke Newington and Clapton and a 2 minute walk to Springfield park, beautiful River Lea and Marsh lands.

The flat is a really bright, spacious and characterful 2 floors with large kitchen separate living room, private garden and friendly cat Albert.

The flat is situated on a quite street with free parking a short distance from the River Lea marshes which feels like countryside rather than London. The room for rent has amazing views over North London and experiences fantastic sunsets.

Nearest stations are Stamford Hill, stoke Newington rail or Seven Sisters tube and Manor House Tube stations are a short bus ride or 15/20 minute walk. There are a number of bus routes into central near the flat.

The room is partly furnished, The landlord is happy to purchase a bed if needed.

I am friendly and relaxed house mate working with Music and Graphic Design. I enjoy watching good films - Listening to Music, Surfing, Skateboarding and swimming.

I am looking for friendly housemate who enjoys a chilled and calm flat.
