We're looking for 1 new housemate in our bright and spacious converted warehouse.

The room is super bright, with original steel framed windows, which bring in plenty of light. The generous mezzanine level and the room has loads of space for sleeping, chilling, storage.

The property has a new enclosed private decking area to the front, great for sitting out in the summer.

The warehouse is a stunning light-filled space with lots of character and unique wooden floors and features throughout and has recently had 2 newly refurbished bathrooms fitted.

Full central heating throughout - always warm in winter.

The warehouse is right in the heart of a creative community occupied by lots of musicians, artists, filmmakers.

It's a lively area with friendly neighbours, and although this is NOT a party house there is always something going on in the area - parties, gigs, exhibitions etc.
