I am very accustomed to welcoming visitors from all over the world and sharing my home. I would accept a minimum stay of two weeks at a cost of £140 per week. I have one young cat, so an animal lover would be welcomed.
I have a light and airy, small single room available from January 28th. This may suit someone for a holiday stay, as a base from which to find a more permanent home, for an internship or a postgraduate term. You would share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry facilities and garden terrace. A bath and a shower are available. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, shelves, bookcase and armchair. It has a blind as well as curtains. All bedding and towels are provided and the room will be cleaned once a week. There is a good central heating system and immediate supply of hot water. Internet connection is included.. Also included are breakfast basics (cereal, bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee) - available at any time - but I don't make it for you!
The house is arranged over 4 floors and I have a basement flatlet which I am currently renovating. Limehouse DLR station is a 2-minute walk. From here you can travel anywhere in London with ease and are close to Canary Wharf and London City Airport. The West End is easily accessible (20-25 mins). We are also well served by buses, which go into town, across the River to London Bridge station and also to Liverpool Street station. The River Thames is 5 minutes' walk away via the Limehouse Marina.

Local amenities are excellent. There is a mini supermarket on the corner, Tesco Extra and Sainsbury's Local 5 minutes' walk away, other shopping facilities nearby and cinemas, parks and leisure centres within easy reach. Round the corner we have restaurants and take-aways - Indian, Thai, Italian, Burger bars and Fish-&-Chips.

I have found it necessary to emphasise that this is a strictly no-smoking and no-drugs household. And whilst I am young at heart, I am beyond coping with alcohol or drug-related poor behaviour!
