Large double bedrooms in houseshare - Shadwell

Hi! We are looking for 2 professional housemates to move in to our lovely east London houseshare! We have 1 double room currently available.

The house itself is located in zone two, only one stop from Bank station and is walking distance to Brick Lane and close to Shoreditch, Aldgate, Limehouse/Wapping and Canary Wharf.

There are four bedrooms in total, 1 current housemate unfortunately leaving us as we approach our tenancy renewal, but this does means we have a room up for grabs :) the remaining housemates are James, Poppy & Corinne.

The house is a three storey property. On the basement level there is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area with double doors and steps up to the garden/patio area. The main bathroom, with a separate toilet opposite too (which is pretty convenient for any morning clashes) is also on this floor. The bedrooms are divided with 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second.

Rent is £710 including bills. The room is available from October 15th.

A deposit of £660 is required and will be held in a deposit protection scheme (same for both rooms), an admin cost of £50 + VAT for the contract and a full months rent upfront too. The tenancy agreement runs for 12 months from mid September and is renewed each year.

As housemates, we all get along really well and like to socialise together from time to time but all respect each others space too. We also have a great local we tend to opt for, which is literally 5mins walk! We are looking for professionals who fit in with the house vibe, are easy going, sociable, tidy and clean and are ultimately looking for a home and not a hide out :)
