Double room (Mon to Fri) between City/Canary Wharf

MONDAY TO FRIDAY/PART-TIME BASIS ONLY

I have a double room available in a three bedroom, new build, fully furnished flat. It comes with bespoke furniture and includes a small desk for home working. It is available on a Monday to Friday/part-time basis for someone who only needs to be in London for a few days a week (happy to discuss the all-inclusive rent/fee depending upon intended occupation). Happy for things to be left in the room and bathroom in between stays. Although it's not quite an en suite, there's a large, spotless bathroom which would largely be for your own use just opposite (see below).

The flat has all modern amenities, including a large and fully equipped kitchen/living area (including dishwasher) and underfloor heating with individual room controls.

The Central Line, Hammersmith & City Line, District Line, London Overground and DLR are all a few minutes away on foot, with great bus connections too. There are also secure indoor cycling stands within the building and a few Santander Cycles stands within a few minutes' walk.

The flat is to share with two considerate professionals: (1) I (Osman) am the landlord and am sometimes in London, but sometimes in Oxford for work; (2) Claire, a finance professional in her mid-thirties is only in London for work 3-4 nights a week (the bathroom would be to share with her, though she uses the gym facilities twice a week).

Essentially looking for a friendly, mature and reliable part-time lodger. I will provide towels, bedding etc. and am more than happy to accommodate any other requirements - any requests, just let me know. I've had Monday to Friday/part-time lodgers for nearly a decade now, so very used to making this work well (one stayed for 7 years!)

A weekly cleaner and all utilities are included in the price. Current and previous lodgers can have a chat if you would like!
