Huge, bright, gorgeous loft room

Hello!

We are 3 housemates looking for a 4th to join us, to take the enormous loft room of our lovely house - it is hard to see from the pics but it has the floor footprint of almost the entire house (minus the stairs are up to it), with loads of storage and enviable views over gardens and streets, front and back.

The house has a huge garden and shared living/dining area, big bathroom with bath & shower, and extra (separate) toilet, gas hob, electric oven, plants everywhere, and a great landlord. It is homely, we socialise together, and we're looking for someone to join who would consider it home (rather a short rental) too :) We're friends with the neighbours, and we feed their cats when they're away.

The three of us here are: a filmographer, a women's-safety charity worker, and sustainability software developer. We have differing work schedules (1 part time, 2 full time), and the three of us have been working together in the lounge over covid-times at home quite happily (though, the room you'll be renting is big enough for a desk to work in, if you like).

Bills vary between £70 and £90 depending on a little monthly flux, but include council tax, tv license, fast broadband, gas, elec and subscription toilet roll (!)

We would love for a new housemate who shares a love of music, film-night with a drink or two, who doesn't mind chipping in to keep the garden beautiful, who is happy to help keep the house clean, and who likes a natter :)

With covid making things tricky at the moment, we'll do viewings by video first up, and to get to know each other a little, and if you're keen, you can pop over for a better look. This will likely be from the second week of January 2021.

If you have a pet, we would consider them too after meeting you both!
