Spacious Double Room

We have one large double bedroom for single occupancy for £750 available from 4 th September
The room is furnished with large wardrobe ,double bed ( can add table and chair and chest of drawers)
Please note that there is no living room provided here .
Your room and another tenant’s room is on first floor and has a separate entrance. You share the one bathroom with toilet .
My tenant, Cameron, has his own advert 9153697 , which you find under ‘search for flatmates ‘
If you wish you could contact Cameron on his ad for viewing or myself .

My son (William)who will live here on the ground floor (27yrs old programmer ) and he has his own shower and toilet do he won’t need to share with you and tenant.
So I have a 4 years old King Charles spaniel dog with me when I come over to stay occasionally in the spare bedroom for guest and family.)

The kitchen has a small dining table and is fully equipped, shared by all and looked after by you , tenant and my son . You clean clean after yourselves.
It is a friendly household if we see each other , as they are always busy away and home is for sleep . Hence my tenant does not find problem with no living room .

We are off Brixton Road , about 10 minutes walk to both Brixton Station and 15min Stockwell station .There is a Bus stop in front of the building ,in 25-30 mins you are in the city center and main locations
Tesco express is only 2 minutes away.

We are looking for a clean and tidy nice tenant .

All bills are included . No additional cost or fees .
