The room and house: Two double rooms are available in stockwell 5 minutes walk from Stockwell tube. Both doubles come furnished with bed and built in storage.

There is a big living room, separate kitchen and conservatory and a nice size garden for BBQs in the summer months - we got a jacuzzi for lockdown too. There are two bathrooms (each with shower and toilet, one with bath) so you would be sharing with one other.

The area: Stockwell is one stop to Brixton and Clapham for great bars/pubs/restaraunts etc and there is a Sainsburys next to the station which is very handy. You have the benefits of being both in the Northern line and Victoria line. There is a gym (the gym) a 5 minute walk away and very close to the park if jogging is your thing. We’re also just off CS7 if you want to cycle to work. Basically everything you need is on you door step.

About us: we’re all professionals; a doctor and an auditor. All very social and busy with their lives to (as most are) but always up for a hanging out, watching TV, a pub quiz and the odd drink/social event.

Admin: rent is 940 and 980 which does not include bills (extra 100 a month roughly). Referencing for the agency is a one-off 60. There’s also a deposit.
