Hi, I have a lovely humble double bedroom (in a 2 bedroom flat) in Stockwell. It has a double bed and a hanging rail and some draws. It’s situated in a lovely, well presented and clean flat just 4 minutes walk from Stockwell tube station. The flat has a largish front room/dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Plus a large roof terrace.

You will be sharing with 1 other guy (me) I’m pretty chilled out and prefer a quiet flat mate. It’s not really a party house. I don’t have a tv licence, or a tv for that matter. But there is a record player and a projector.
I don’t have a cleaner but like to maintain a clean and tidy house so would be looking for a considerate house mate or guest.
I’m open to short term let’s or longer term let’s. I work in education.
The bills are included in the rent and as you can see there is some lovely outside space you can enjoy.
I don’t mind smokers but not in the house.

Ideally looking for a professional guy who is relaxed and sensible and who is also sociable and likes art and theatre and movies.
