I have a lovely room to rent in a newly renovated flat in Stockwell (10 mins to Clapham and Brixton). The new tenant would be taking on my remaining contract, until September this year. I’m having to move abroad due to unforeseen work circumstances and I’m really sad to be leaving my two lovely flatmates, Hannah and Lily. The room is very big and bright, and the flat also has a living room with two couches, separate from the kitchen. The room is available from now, however I am leaving London soon for the holidays, so start of January would be best! All bills are included in the 750pm (WiFi, cleaner, heating etc).
